How do you check the camera conditions ? 

Our team of skilled employees puts in their best effort to ensure that each camera is thoroughly tested before it leaves the shop.

We take pride in our quality assurance process, but should any defects be missed, rest assured that our new products come with a 2-year guarantee period, while used and tested products are guaranteed for 30 days.

I would like to sell my old equipment ? 

Earn Extra Cash by Upgrading or Converting Your Old Kit. If you're considering an upgrade or simply want to convert your old kit into cash, we'd be happy to purchase it from you.

Do You Conduct Animal Testing Too?

No, we don't conduct animal testing. However, we do capture adorable pictures of animals from time to time!

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! Our shipping services are globally available and come with tracking and insurance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This way, you can easily track your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Netherlands/Belgium: 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • Worldwide: 5-12 business days

What is the status of my order ?

If you place your order we will send you an conformation email with information included a tracking number so you can track your order.

Can I change/cancel my order ?

Contact us to see if we can modify your order. You can delete any items in your shopping cart by clicking the trash can icon as long as they haven't been processed yet.

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer any warranties on the products purchased ?

Yes, we have an 14 days return right so you can test out your new product.. With new products 2 years warranty and tested products warranty a 6 months warranty. When we can’t repair of fix the problem we will deliver a replacement product. 

Here's our Warranty Policy:

  • We offer a 14-day return policy so that you can test your new product and ensure satisfaction.
  • Our new offers come with a 2-year warranty
  • All tested and used products are covered by a 30-day warranty.
  • If there's an issue that we can't repair or fix, we'll deliver a replacement product to you.
  • Please note that we do not offer warranties on outlet products.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Please contact us before returning.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Are you able to repair my camera?

Thank you for your message. We are capable of handling minor camera repairs at this time. However, we are unable to perform major repairs - but we are working on expanding our services to accommodate this in the future.

We're located at De Oude Veiling 72 (1st Floor), 1689 AC Zwaag, and we welcome visitors by appointment. Our shop doors are open from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
