This manual telephoto prime lens offers a flattering perspective suitable for numerous applications, including portraiture. The rapid F/2.0 aperture ensures a luminous image and a very shallow depth of field.

This lens is equipped with an extra low dispersion element that significantly reduces the impact of chromatic aberrations. Moreover, it features an Ultra Multi-Coating to minimize reflections and glares. The lens is embellished with a large manual focus ring and a physical aperture ring that provide smooth, well-considered adjustments.

The lens has a minimum focusing distance of 6.6cm and a filter thread size of 77mm. Additionally, it includes a circular 9-blade diaphragm that aids in creating smooth out-of-focus elements.

Really pleased with the Praktica VL2. The camera was in excellent condition and I was pleased the attach lens was capable of allowing through-the-lens metering. Postage from Hard to find camera to the Uk took just 2 days so I was surprised that it took 12 days to get through the UK sorting office to me. That’s not HTFC’s fault. I highly recommend purchasing your cameras through them and will be eager to see what else they have I might like. Many thanks HTFC.
