Le Petri MF-104 est un appareil photo reflex. L'appareil photo 35 mm a été construit par Cosina pour Petri. Le Petri MF-104 a également été vendu sous le nom de « Cosina CT-4 ».
Les objectifs du Petri MF-104 sont interchangeables. Les objectifs peuvent être utilisés avec une baïonnette Pentax K. L'objectif est mis au point manuellement. Le Petri MF-104 n'a pas de mise au point automatique.
