Nikkormat (Nikomat in Japan) was a brand of cameras produced by the Japanese optics company Nippon Kogaku K. K., as a consumer version of the professional Nikon brand. Nikkormat cameras, produced from 1965 until 1978, were simpler and more affordable than Nikon-branded cameras, but accepted the same lenses as the Nikon F series cameras.

Really pleased with the Praktica VL2. The camera was in excellent condition and I was pleased the attach lens was capable of allowing through-the-lens metering. Postage from Hard to find camera to the Uk took just 2 days so I was surprised that it took 12 days to get through the UK sorting office to me. That’s not HTFC’s fault. I highly recommend purchasing your cameras through them and will be eager to see what else they have I might like. Many thanks HTFC.
